Drywall Services
Dry wall repairs including fixing holes, cracks, or water damage to walls and ceilings. Also, full Installation and Restoration due to a flood, hurricane, or other event.
Flooring Installation and Repair
Laying new floors or repairing existing ones. Including laying new tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, or other areas to enhance aesthetics and functionality.

Drywall patch - Small - (w/o Paint)
For up to 3 sections smaller than 4inch in diameter Repair up to 3 damaged drywall sections using a combination of patching materials and quick set joint compound up to 4” in diameter. Texture to match existing surface. Painting if required is a separate charge. Labor and materials

Grab Bar Installation
This is for one new grab bar installed anywhere in your home in masonry, tile or existing structure. *Customer to provide grab bar

Blinds/Curtains Installation (6 sets)
Installation of up to 6 sets of blinds. Customer will provide the new blinds
- Cost : $250
- Time : 240 mins
Blinds/Curtains Installation (12 sets)
Removal and Installation of up to 12 sets of blinds. Customer will provide the new blinds
- Cost : $500
- Time : 360 mins
Blinds/Curtains Installation (2 sets)
Installation of customer provided blinds. For up to 2 sets of blinds
- Cost : $120
- Time : 120 mins
Toilet Remove & Replace
Remove previous toilet and install new customer supplied toilet with stand techniques and processes. Ensure supply line is connected and not leaking. Replacement of supply line and water shut off valve is not expected and if required is a separate charge. Disposal of previous toilet included in scope. (Bid Rate) Labor only

Storm Door Install
Remove and replace the storm door (customer-supplied door) at the customer-specified location. Install using standard techniques and manufacturer instructions. Painting and framing are separate charges if required. Labor only

Stairway Light Fixture Remove & Replace
Customer to provide fixture(s) Remove and replace existing over stairway light up to 14 foot in height with customer supplied replacement. Replace using standard high height adjustable “A” frame ladder. *Scaffolding, bracing, or additional safety systems if required are an additional cost and are not expected. Labor Only (Bid Rate)*
